When we move forward, certainly&#8230; but without always knowing in which direction.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we fill our days, our schedules, our obligations \u2014 but not our hearts.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For 20 years, I worked at B&amp;M Engineering, a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering and structural works. I held the positions of executive assistant and civil engineering engineer. A rich, demanding human adventure. And at the same time, a period where I felt that something essential was missing: a space to breathe, to feel, to connect with oneself.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I always knew that people were at the center of my concerns. But it took time, listening, and personal growth&#8230; to understand that I wanted to make it the heart of my profession. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is how <strong>Allexway<\/strong> was born.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Space to Reconnect<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allexway is not just a professional project.
