There are moments when everything seems to slip away. When we move forward, certainly… but without always knowing in which direction.
When we fill our days, our schedules, our obligations — but not our hearts.
For 20 years, I worked at B&M Engineering, a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering and structural works. I held the positions of executive assistant and civil engineering engineer. A rich, demanding human adventure. And at the same time, a period where I felt that something essential was missing: a space to breathe, to feel, to connect with oneself.
I always knew that people were at the center of my concerns. But it took time, listening, and personal growth… to understand that I wanted to make it the heart of my profession.
This is how Allexway was born.
A Space to Reconnect
Allexway is not just a professional project. It’s an intention.
A support space for all those who need to:
- slow down,
- refocus,
- give new meaning to their lives,
- realign deeply.
Whether you’re a leader, an individual, in transition, or simply in search of a new breath… Allexway invites you to return to the essential.
What I Offer
I offer professional coaching, for both leaders and individuals, as well as individual support.
These spaces allow you to:
For individuals:
- regain clarity in your choices,
- gain perspective on personal or relational situations,
- relearn to listen to your deep needs,
- develop an aligned and peaceful posture,
- set healthy boundaries and make informed choices.
For professionals (leaders, managers, executives):
- break free from autopilot and regain strategic perspective,
- strengthen your leadership while preserving your balance,
- manage tensions and complex decision-making with discernment,
- restore relational quality within teams,
- embody a grounded, lucid, and authentic leadership posture.
These are times of transformation and movement, in a confidential, respectful, and deeply human framework.
No pressure. No mask. Just you, fully.
Because there’s nothing more precious than a person who feels in their rightful place.
What if now was the time to offer this to yourself?
